     Some fruits and vegetables include elements that should not be eaten. For example, stone fruits like cherries, peaches, and apricots have pits that contain cyanide, while potatoes have green pieces or sprouts that carry the toxin solanine. Some peels are too stiff or bitter to eat, such those of avocados or melons. Others, like pineapple, onion, and melon skins, are hard to digest and should be avoided.

     Nature has its own bad habits. Some fruits are full of nutrition, while others have a hidden element that could kill you. Peter Spencer, a professor of neurology and occupational health sciences told "The idea that all natural things are good for you is rubbish." We are consuming fruits and vegetables that can have dangerous things in them. He also said that a lot of plants "were not put here for our benefit but to protect themselves from threats. Example of some fruits they have many dangerous things:
