To make this drink you need to boil fifteen Tulsi leaves, with black pepper and you should use about four or five seeds of the black pepper. Drink warm decoction twice a day.
3. Stress & Anxiety
Method:
Chew 5 fresh leaves daily on an empty stomach Or drink Tulsi tea once daily.
4. Diabetes (Supportive Use)
Method:
Take 1 teaspoon Tulsi leaf juice every morning to regulate blood sugar levels.

Method:
Mix Tulsi powder (½ teaspoon) with warm water and take after meals.

Method:
