Alternative Medicine for Skin Conditions: Ayurveda and Homeopathy Options

Skin diseases are quite common and can affect anyone, regardless of age. They are often presented as itching, redness, rashes, dryness, or skin eruptions. Both homeopathic and Ayurvedic approaches aim to tackle the root cause instead of simply hiding the symptoms. Homeopathy involves highly diluted natural substances selected based on a person's overall constitution and specific symptom patterns.Ayurveda, on the other hand, help to cure skin illnesses by balancing the doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) using herbs, dietary changes, and detox therapies.Popular herbs such as neem, turmeric, aloe vera, and manjistha are known for their blood purifying and anti-inflammatory effects.
